Namalsk Rules
Namalsk Server Rules
Please read and follow all rules to maintain a fair, friendly, and cooperative PvE environment.
Server Rules
-
1. English Only
English must be used in Global Chat.
-
2. No Raiding or Theft
Base raiding, stealing, or taking items that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited. This includes items stored in player bases, vehicles, tents, containers, or items intentionally left by another player. If it is not yours, do not take it. All actions are logged and investigated by staff.
-
3. Respect Others
Toxic behavior, harassment, bullying, discrimination, racism, or hate speech will not be tolerated and may result in an immediate ban.
-
4. No Exploits, Cheats, or Hacks
The use of cheats, hacks, exploits, or any unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. If you discover an exploit, please report it to staff through a ticket or in-game. Valid reports may be rewarded.
-
5. Keep Traders Clean
Please use the trash cans provided around trader areas. Repeated littering may result in warnings.
-
6. Respect Active Military Zones
If another player is actively clearing a military area, communicate with them before entering or looting. Respect each other's gameplay and efforts.
-
7. Complete SafeStore Fully
When opening a SafeStore, all spawned enemies must be eliminated before leaving the area.
-
8. Do Not Abandon Airdrops
Never call an airdrop and leave it unattended. Only start an airdrop if you are properly equipped and prepared to complete it.
-
9. No Military Zone Farming
Repeatedly logging in and out at military locations to farm loot is prohibited and may result in punishment.
-
10. No Loot Cycling
Intentionally moving, hiding, or dumping loot to force respawns is not allowed and may result in an official warning or further action.
-
11. Do Not Block Access
Do not block traders, entrances, roads, pathways, or other players with your character, vehicles, structures, or objects.
-
12. Respect Staff Decisions
If you disagree with a staff decision, you may appeal through a support ticket. Arguing, spamming, or attempting to dispute staff actions in Global Chat may result in further action.
-
13. Common Sense Rule
Not every situation can be covered by written rules. Players are expected to use common sense and act in the spirit of fair play. Staff reserve the right to intervene in situations not explicitly covered by these rules if they negatively impact the server, community, or gameplay experience.
Server Guidelines
Our goal is simple: everyone should be able to enjoy a relaxed and cooperative PvE experience.
- This is a PvE server. Intentionally killing or attempting to kill another player is prohibited.
- Do not go AFK in military zones or other high-traffic event areas.
- Always pack up your vehicle when not in use. Deployed vehicles despawn after 24 hours.
- Driving vehicles is at your own risk unless you can provide evidence that a server-side issue caused the loss.
- Items left on the ground will eventually despawn. Lost items caused by player negligence will not be compensated.
- If you are having issues with another player, please use the in-game mute options before escalating the situation.
- We strongly recommend recording gameplay. Video evidence greatly improves our ability to investigate issues and provide compensation when appropriate. We recommend keeping at least the last 3-5 minutes available through instant replay or recording software.
- Party Island (located behind the Community Trader) is the designated area for music, soundboards, and special effects. Short and friendly greetings are acceptable elsewhere.
Character Names
Offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory character names are not permitted.
To change your name:
- DayZ Launcher: Open Parameters and edit your profile name.
- DZSA Launcher: Open Settings in the top-right corner and edit your profile name.
Airdrop Rules
- The first player to reach an event airdrop claims the crate.
- Flare airdrops belong exclusively to the player who called them.
- Stealing another player's crate, loot, or event kills is considered toxic behavior and is against the rules.
- Do not interfere with players actively completing an airdrop unless they specifically ask for assistance.
- Never call an airdrop and abandon it.
- Only call an airdrop if you are properly geared and prepared to complete the encounter.
DNA Vaults
- The same principles apply to DNA Vaults.
- Triggering a vault and then leaving without engaging the encounter is considered toxic behavior. Abandoned spawns from Safe Stores create unnecessary risks for unsuspecting players who may encounter active enemies or hazards.
- Only players with the correct keycard may claim and open a DNA Vault. Selling specific vault locations, reserving them, or holding them for other players is not allowed.
Lantia Rules
- There is no queue or reservation system for Lantia access. The player who spends the time at A2 and activates the button has the right to proceed to Lantia.
- Do not enter Lantia and take valuables from a run you did not help open.
- Disrupting another player's Lantia run is considered a serious offense and may be treated as toxic behavior.
- Communicate with other players to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings.
- Logging out inside Lantia is prohibited. Portal timers have been extended to provide sufficient time for entry and exit.
Flagpole & Base Building Information
Starting a Survivor Camp
To create a Survivor Camp, you must first purchase a Territory Flag Kit from the Community Trader.
Your territory flag must be maintained to keep your camp active. If the flag is not raised, it will fully lower after 10 days, causing your territory and any associated progress to despawn.
If you plan to be away from the server for a short period, please create a support ticket before leaving. Staff may assist by keeping your flag raised for up to 14 days.
It is your responsibility to maintain your territory flag. If your flag expires and your camp is lost, no compensation will be provided.
Base Restrictions & Limits
Each Survivor Camp may contain:
Primary Structure (choose one):
- One Wooden Cabin
- One BBP Base
- One Real Estate House
Additional Limits:
- One Mobile Base per camp
- One Real Estate property per territory
- Maximum of 4 players per base
- Please see item restrictions here
Building Restrictions
If you place a Cabin or a Real Estate property, you may use a maximum of 4 BBP Foundations solely for leveling the terrain beneath the structure.
BBP Foundations may not be used to create:
- Additional rooms
- Extensions
- Patios
- Decks
- Greenhouse platforms
- Elevated structures
- Any other expansion beyond basic terrain leveling
BBP Fences and Gates are permitted for base security. However, using BBP Walls, Doors, or other structures to bypass these restrictions is not allowed.
Please use common sense and build within the spirit of the rules rather than attempting to find loopholes.
Namalsk Building Restrictions
Due to the unique nature of Namalsk, building in, on, or attached to existing map structures is not permitted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Houses and buildings
- Industrial structures
- Military structures
- Rooftops
- Any other existing map object or structure
All bases must be built as standalone structures.
Road & Railway Restrictions
To ensure safe travel across Namalsk:
- Do not build on any road or railway.
- Do not block roads, railways, pathways, bridges, or access routes.
- Bases may only be built on one side of a road.
- All structures must be placed at least 50 meters away from any road.
- Staff may remove structures that interfere with vehicle traffic, player movement, or access to points of interest.
When choosing a base location, please consider how your build may affect other players traveling through the area.
Base Violations
Players found to be in violation of the base building rules will be given a reasonable amount of time to correct any issues.
A Base Violation notice will be posted in the base violations channel, and the player will be tagged if they are present in Discord.
We understand that players have real-life commitments and will provide reasonable time for corrections whenever possible.
Failure to address violations within the allotted timeframe may result in administrative action being taken to bring the base into compliance.
Any items lost as a result of administrative corrections will not be compensated.
